We Are Officially Breaking Ground!

It’s all come together!

The combination of great planning and strong community support means it’s time to break ground.

Please join us on Friday, May 2 at 2:00 pm for Botanica’s official ground breaking ceremony. The ground breaking for Botanica, St. Albert’s premier condos, will be followed by an open house at our Discovery Centre, where you can explore all of our floorplans, design packages and take in the scenic river valley views.
